As our future full-time student assistant, your task will be to support our assistant group across our 3 purchasing departments with various tasks. You will also have a key role in providing assistance for a cross-functional, strategic project. You will therefore have a central role with extensive involvement and interaction.
Your primary tasks:
- Handling of production samples – ordering, receiving, registration and distribution
- Assist with sending out packages
- Ensure correct logistics labels from our suppliers
- Contract administration
- Product registration for our four partners – Coop in the Nordic countries
Your background and your working style:
- You probably have a gap year/semester and have completed high school
- You like coordinating and planning
- You are flexible and like different kinds of tasks, also practical ones
- Experienced user of the Office package, and a general flair for IT systems
- Curious and has a can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented and structured
- Service-oriented, outgoing and good at collaborating
- Good level of Danish and English - both spoken and written

Place of work: Currently, our office is in Taastrup - however we are moving to Vesterbro in January 2025. Presence at the office 3 days a week is a requirement.
