We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented People & Culture Consultant to join a small team of three, which includes you, our People & Culture Business Partner, and People & Culture Manager. As a People & Culture Consultant you will work in a very multi-faceted and key role here in Coop Trading. As much of the content of the role is new, you will have a unique opportunity in shaping the role together with your team.

Key responsibilities:
Your tasks are wide-ranging, but overall, you will work with the following:
- Provide competent advice and guidance in clarification of questions from managers about various employment conditions
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee record maintenance, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate interview and test feedback
- Onboarding of new colleagues within guidelines and general workflows in Coop Trading
- Answer questions and run short Team sessions about the holiday rules
- Responsible for content and updating of the People & Culture section on our intranet
And in addition to the above mentioned we are seeking a versatile and innovative professional to take on the role as the administrative owner of our (to be found) IT competence/training system just as you will also collaborate with the rest of your team on which competence development to initiate
The ideal candidate is motivated and skilled at navigating operational and tactical levels. Payroll administration and heavier personnel legal support are outsourced to Coop Denmark, with whom we have a close collaboration on these topics.
About you:
You have experience in HR/HR-administration, and you want to develop further. Maybe you've already become familiar with recruiting or are passionate about learning it
- A relevant educational background in HRM or a related field
- + 2 years of experience working with HR/People & Culture
- Flair within IT – and may know some of the systems we work in, e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, and DocuNote
- It is an advantage if you have experience working with competency systems and planning
- Experience in recruitment or a strong desire to learn it
- Knowledge of personnel law and familiarity with SAP is an advantage
- Fluent in English and a high level of Danish (knowledge of Nordic languages is a bonus)
