Student Assistant – Logistics & Shipping (8–15 hours/week)

At Cortrium, we’re on a mission to make cardiac diagnostics simpler, smarter, and more accessible. Our lightweight ECG device and software solutions are used by healthcare professionals across the world to monitor and diagnose heart conditions with ease and precision. We’re a growing MedTech company based in Copenhagen — and we’re looking for a motivated Student Assistant to support our logistics and shipping operations.
Your Role
You’ll be part of our friendly and dynamic operations team, ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently and that our internal processes run smoothly. Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):
Preparing and packing boxes for shipping to customers worldwide.
Registering shipments in our CRM system.
Assisting with inventory management and keeping stock records up to date.
Supporting process improvements and general logistics coordination.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a student who:
Is structured, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering quality work.
Enjoys working as part of a team, but can also manage tasks independently.
Is reliable, proactive, and eager to learn about logistics and supply chain processes.
Has good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus but not required).
