Your Role as a Project Planner As a Project Planner, you will play a vital role in supporting project teams to ensure that projects stay on track and fulfill their targets.
Your structured approach and attention to detail will help bring clarity and secure advancement in complex projects.
A typical day might include Start the day by reviewing and updating project plans and timelines to ensure they reflect the latest developments.
Before lunch, join team meetings to align tasks and discuss any challenges that might arise.
After lunch, analyze project data to check progress and create reports with recommendations for senior planners.
In the afternoon, follow up on emails and contribute to status meetings by sharing updates on time planning and identifying any risks that need attention.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Developing, maintaining, and updating project plans and schedules in collaboration with senior planners and project teams.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying delays, and suggesting adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Analyzing project data and preparing reports to support decision-making.
- Participating in meetings, following up on correspondence, and contributing to the continuous improvement of planning processes.
You keep an overview without losing the details and collaborate well across teams and suppliers.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or similar
- Demonstrated experience with Primavera (P6/OPC), Microsoft Project
- 2+ years in project planning/scheduling (critical path, progress, re planning)
- Advanced Excel/Power BI skills for planning analytics and reporting
