We have the overall responsibility for legal and contract management across DSB's various mega projects. Our primary focus is on coordinating, securing, and optimizing contract follow-up, which is crucial for both small and large project implementations.
We are looking for a Junior Contract Management Consultant to provide project support on some of the country's largest and most complex projects. Here you will have the opportunity to learn about contract management in practice and contribute to our exciting journey towards a greener future.
About the job and your tasks As a Junior Contract Management Consultant, you will have a versatile working day, where you will have the opportunity to support various tasks and develop your experience in contract management. Of course, we consider your exam periods so that your study program can fit in.
You will contribute with your skills in administration as well as your insight into commercial aspects. You will work closely with the rest of the team on the development and realization of strategies that ensure efficiency and compliance with all agreements related to the success of the project.
A typical working day may include the following tasks
- Maintain our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
- Support colleagues in the use of CLM and SharePoint.
- Quality assure project documentation.
- Coordinate documentation deliveries.
- Prepare presentations in PowerPoint.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient processes.
Who are you? Your Professional Qualifications
- Skilled in handling several tasks at once while ensuring timely completion of each.
- Proven experience with Salesforce platforms and contract management systems (CLM).
- Well-developed communication skills, preferably acquired through relevant trainee positions or similar.
- Good cooperation with people from different backgrounds.
You show openness to handling routine assignments to ease the workload of your coworkers. In addition, you can collaborate with people from different backgrounds.
