We are looking for a Senior Observability Engineer (DevOps Engineer) to develop, maintain, and optimize our observability stack so it meets the needs of teams throughout DSB.
Welcome to the DevOps Team We are a professional team using DevOps principles to automate and improve how we build and run solutions. Our goal is to bridge the gap between development and operations and enable efficient, scalable delivery.
The DevOps Team consists of five people, a mix of developers and platform engineers.
You will work closely with other users to continuously develop our internal development platform. This includes software development, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and other technologies to ensure stable operations and fast deployments.
The team is part of a larger IT organization, where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key elements in how we work. We value a culture with room for diversity and open exchange of ideas, so we can develop effective solutions together.

What will you be doing? You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our observability platform, so it runs smoothly and provides clear, actionable insights for our developers.
Our stack includes Grafana, Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, ClickHouse, Vector, and Grafana Alloy.
On a typical day, you might start by checking the health and performance of the platform, handling any overnight issues and adjusting alerts. Then you may deploy and test upgrades to components in the stack and document the changes.
After lunch with the team, you will support developers in fine-tuning their queries and dashboards so they can optimize their workflows and troubleshoot more easily.
You will also help develop strategic enhancements to the platform by exploring new features and capabilities that match the needs of the organization.
Other important tasks include
- Collaborating closely with the team and sharing knowledge
- Exploring new features in tools like Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Crossplane, Python, Jenkins, and Octopus.
We are looking for someone with a senior profile and solid experience with Grafana and other monitoring tools.
You enjoy collaborating with others and helping teams benefit from the platform, while staying curious about new ways to optimize and improve systems.
You have experience with the following
- Building and operating DevOps platforms, including CI/CD pipelines and managed clusters
- Cloud services (we work with Microsoft Azure)
- Observability concepts and tools (Grafana, Prometheus or similar)
- Agile ways of working and handling tasks on your own

Recruitment Process If you progress, you can expect two interviews. The final one comprises a behavioral assessment, an analytical test and occasionally a scenario-based exercise.
