Student Assistant for our ESG team ( » 15 hours per week)
In our ESG team, we are currently looking for a student assistant to help us with supplier evaluation and various other tasks. We are a small team consisting of two ESG/CSR specialists within our 'Quality & Responsibility team' of nine employees dedicated to supplier and product compliance. Our responsibilities include evaluating suppliers, reporting their compliance with our Code of Conduct and other requirements, and following up on non-compliance. We also assist our buyers regarding social responsibility and other sustainability matters. Additionally, we collaborate with representatives from our Nordic partners on various initiatives to improve social responsibility within supply chains.

Key responsibilities
- Follow-up with suppliers on their compliance with our Code of Conduct and other requirements, e.g. requesting documentation for social audit, certifications, etc.
- Assist in preparing compliance reports.
- Other specific assignments within sustainability and responsible sourcing.
Your professional competencies
- You are probably in your 2nd or 3rd year of your studies. Your subject might be related to sustainability, business, social science, or similar.
- You have an interest in Environment, Social and Governance, and responsible supplier management.
- You must be fluent in English written and orally, whereas knowledge of one or more Nordic languages is a bonus.
Your working style
- You work with attention to detail, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
- You can work independently.
- You collaborate well with many different roles in an organization.
- You are consumer-oriented with a mindset to make a difference.
Type of employment: Student Assistant - » 15 hours per week.
Time of employment: As soon as possible.
Location: Currently, our office is in Taastrup - however we are looking at new locations closer to Copenhagen.
