We are seeking a positive and service minded Onsite IT supporter to join our Business Development team. Some key words for this position are solution oriented, communicating and excellent people skills.

Key responsibilities:
Your tasks are wide-ranging, but overall, you will work with the following:
- Onsite PC, print, telephony, meeting rooms, support and setup
- User support ("Can you just help with ..." inquiries)
- Take care of various helpdesk emails (Coop Trading users, Suppliers, Coop/SOK national users)
- User creation (both internal & external)
- Super-Superuser on Coop Trading systems and engage with superuser groups on training
- Qualify registration of incidents to our external IT partner and help with incident resolution
- Updating guides and video guides for our applications
- Asset management of PCs and telephones
As an Onsite IT Supporter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization's employees can effectively use software and hardware to carry out their daily tasks. You'll provide hands-on assistance, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain essential IT operations.
About you:
You have experience in onsite IT support, and you want to develop further.
- Experience: At least two years of experience in IT
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of operating systems, applications and current equipment
- Relevant experience providing IT support services, computer services and network services
- Must possess both Danish and English communication skills
- Support of Windows PC and iPhones essential
- Support on Apple Macbooks/iMmacs also a plus
