Coop Trading A/S is looking for a Nordic Sourcing Group Assistant for our Nearfood and Grocery team

At Coop Trading, we have four different purchasing teams, and we are looking for 2 Nordic Sourcing Group Assistants for our Nearfood and Grocery team respectively. As a Nordic Sourcing Group Assistant, you will work closely with the other assistants in the other teams.
Key responsibilities:
• Product registration for our four partners – Coop and SOK in the Nordic countries
• Helpful in preparing and updating the Product and Price list (PPL) for our four Nordic partners
• Preparation of supplier Frame Purchase Agreements (FPA)
• Handling of production samples – ordering, receiving, registration and in- and external distribution
• Ensure correct logistics labels
• Co-organizer of product demonstration meetings
• Supplier contact and support
• Participation in transversal project work and contributing to ongoing improvements and sharing of best practice
• Shopping benchmark samples for quality comparison in Malmö, Sweden every second month
Qualifications and work style:
• You probably have a short or medium-term business education
• You are strong at coordinating and planning and are used to being a link in your department
• You have a profound interest in working with and securing correct master data
• You are good at assessing product data
• You are an experienced user of the Office package, and a general flair for IT systems
• You are curious and have a great can-do attitude and take pleasure in assisting colleagues when needed
• You are detail-oriented and structured
• You are service-minded, outgoing and good at collaborating
• You are fluent in English (knowledge of Nordic languages is a bonus)
