Within Coop Trading, we have four different sourcing teams and we're looking for a Nordic Sourcing Group Planner to support our team in the Nearfood category (personal care, household, and pet food). As a Nordic Sourcing Group Planner, you'll closely collaborate with almost all roles in Coop Trading, e.g. Buyers, Product specialists, Brand & Design Managers and Labelling specialists.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning and managing operational projects with all internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling and follow-up in our systems
- Ensuring effective and competent collaboration on our products with Coop Trading's internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, owners, buyers, design, etc.)
- Coordinating and implementing supplier changes (new products and onboarding new suppliers) and updates related to harmonization and replacement of products during GTIN/EAN transitions
- Coordinating packaging reprints
- Gathering volume input for tenders on renegotiations
- Contributing to ongoing improvements of Coop Trading's tools and sharing Best Practices
Qualifications:
- You have a "one step ahead" and ambitious mindset with a desire to make a difference and challenge the status quo
- You are structured and very detail-oriented, understanding the high importance of data discipline
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for your work
- You have solid English skills (knowledge of Nordic languages is a bonus)
- It’s a plus if you have a short to medium long education such as logistics economist or business economist
- You have project experience and thrive in coordination and planning
- You are a team player and understand the value of collaboration
- You are service-minded and attentive to your stakeholders
- You find it natural to also ring your stakeholders when needed; not just e-mailing
- You are an experienced user of the Office suite, with a general aptitude for IT systems
