We are looking for a skilled student assistant or part-time worker for a central and important role at one of our large clients in the Greater Copenhagen Area. You will be part of the everyday life in the team with many skilled and dedicated colleagues working on-site for a customer in the banking industry.
You will report to our Global Head of Account Operations Performance and will have a broad contact surface in the internal departments, with our customer as well as with colleagues from central functions in ISS.
WE EXPECT THAT YOUR KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Develop and execute the communication strategy, including alignment of communication activities and needs, with other team members
- Produce and launch overall communication to both ISS employees and our customers’ employees through effective and structured communication in line with corporate standards from ISS and our customer, i.e., physical on-site communication, SoMe, intranets, campaigns, and management updates.
- Search, cultivate and write stories that inform and promote ISS both to our customer and internal colleagues with a strong focus on communicating the good workplace experience stories
- Creating standards and guides that can be used as templates throughout our operating organisation e.g. a “how to guide” for social media posts for
- Provide support on presentation material for customer and internal reporting
We expect that you work 25 hours per week, which are planned in agreement with your manager and of course coordinated to fit your studies.
YOUR BACKGROUND
You have a BA in communications, or you are a student on a higher education at e.g. Roskilde University. Either way you have a strong foundation in journalism and communication, and you are passionate about finding, cultivating, and communicating the good story. We will be looking towards profiles that takes a proactive and outfacing approach to the role.
If you are at student: You are ideally in the later part of your bachelor's degree, or have just started your master's, and alongside with your studies you want to gain practical experience from a large Danish company, and unique culture and heritage where people is the center of everything we do.
Furthermore you;
- are curious by nature and are motivated by and unfolding the interesting store
- are a strong communicator both in writing and orally
- have a high drive and energy level and thrive in a busy environment.
- have great impact and are good at selling ideas and messages
- have good business understanding and strong analytical skills
- are working independently and have the courage to reach out to colleagues and customers across roles and organizational level
- are a SoMe expert and posts regularly
- any kind of graphical skills (photoshop, PowerPoint etc.) will be highly beneficial
- can speak and write in danish
