What is the Cyber Security Team? Our team works with all technical aspects of IT security, including handling incidents and alerts, and analyzes the threat landscape to improve our defences and minimize attack vectors. We work with our vendors to protect our entire ecosystem.
We are around ten team members: analysts, architects, and advisors, with in-depth knowledge of technical aspects of IT Security. Each of us brings generalist and specialist competencies to the table.
We perform red and blue team (i.e., offensive, and defensive) disciplines, such as security testing, advising, monitoring, incident analysis and handling, and threat intelligence.
Teamwork is a big priority for us, everyone is chipping in with support and points of view. We all build upon our individual knowledge and act if things aren’t working the way they were intended.

The cyber security team is part of the IT security unit at DSB, and we are working on aspects such as vulnerability management, penetration testing, governance risk, compliance, and behavioural design.
When you join, there will be 20 colleagues in IT security.
What will you be working with? You will make sure that our processes are enforced and applicable. Our incident management system is the hub of our unit, and the smoothness of its processes and sub-processes is critical to our workstream.
You will handle playbooks, standard operating procedures, and similar documentation and coordinate internal collaboration within DSB related to these processes.
In addition, you will collaborate with third-party providers of essential security services and IT operations.
Your goal will be to ensure the best possible protection for DSB and our entire ecosystem. You will also identify and fix errors in our system setup.
We will ensure that you receive the education and knowledge needed to be able to use our tools efficiently.

Who are you? We assume your professional profile stems from either processes or technology. You can likely identify with one of these descriptions.
With a process background, you probably have
- been working with coordination, communication, administration documentation, project management, process facilitation or something similar – in a technical setting.
- a profound technical interest.
As a tech person, you probably have
- worked as a security analyst or advisor.
- hands-on experience with IT security on a technical level.
- hands-on experience with frameworks such as NIST, MITRE, ISO27000 series
In any case, we expect that you are
- Aware of the importance of following procedures.
- Analytical, structured, and methodical.
- A workplace in Høje Taastrup, close to public transportation
