Your future team – The RAM/Maintenance team We are a larger team of 30+ people in the technical department. We are primarily engineers, and we are working with rolling stock technical items, passenger experience, quality management systems and building quality, Project management and maintenance.

We learn from each other, and we like to help each other. Also, we like to have fun together. Besides from our monthly meetings, we have ongoing meeting to share knowledge.

Your future project We are working in different projects and share offices with colleagues from the project such as Change Managers, Legal Counsels, commercial and administrative professions.

In the project you contribute to ensure quality and robustness of the chosen maintenance model and maintenance contract, which have integrated KPIs for relevant performance requirements, also to reliability and availability. Our primary task is to deliver well-functioning trains and maintenance, contributing to a greener Denmark.

Your tasks You will work with implementation of the acquisition projects DSB are doing. You need to have experience as stipulated below on the areas of reliability, availability og maintainability (RAM). Through the introduction to your job, we will upgrade your skills to maintenance of rolling stock.

Your tasks will be to:

• Identify KPI’s for the overall control of maintenance.

• implement KPI-processes and methods in DSB.
• ensure that the supplier systems, methods, and processes for measuring and monitoring of failure-rates and availability in service are implemented and work as specified according to the contract.

Who are you? We imagine you being a curious person, who are ready to learn and adapt to knowledge. In the job it is essential that you like to corporate with other professional disciplines, but also that you can be persuasive and consistent. Knowledge of the analysis and work-method used in reliability and availability (FMECA, FTA, RBD, FRACAS) will be helpful.

There are many angles to this position. We imagine that you recognize yourself in the following:

• Educational background as an engineer (or alike) (+7 years of experience).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience on your technical skills, in relation to reliability and availability (FMECA, FTA, RBD, FRACAS).
• 3-7 years relevant experience with maintenance, preferably with rolling stock.
• Multi technical understanding. Knowledge about rolling stock is an advantage.
